find mails automatically, parameters from txt file

Some paramaters are changing frequently. These parameters are generated by a database program and saved as txt file. This txt file can contain regular expressions, %Macros, etc. I would like to use this txt file as input for thebat!. How can I make thebat! to use this txt file and use its content to find mails?
