RITLabs had proven its supremacy once again, as The Bat! was rated the best email client of 2009 by the Russian edition of PC World (Mir PK), a world-renowned IT publication.
This year’s struggle for the palm was extremely stubborn, however, RITLabs was able to defend its leading position fair and square. The Bat! gained 34 percent of the respondents’ votes, surpassing the main rival, Thunderbird 2, by 4 percent.
“We’re glad that users are still choosing us”, - says Serghei Demcenko, RITLabs CEO. “Year by year we apply every effort in order to meet the user requirements. This victory is a fair reward for our work. At the same time, we realize that the competition becomes more and more intense. That’s perfect, because the users are to benefit the most from this intensity; they are the ones who evaluate the new features that are introduced by the developers of competing applications. I am sure that in 2010 we will repeatedly please our users, thus expressing our gratitude for their choice. And, of course, we will always strive for defending our leading position in email technologies”.
