Cert expired error sending to gmail, TLS Handshake failure. Gmail SMTP only. TB Home 6.5.

I'm unable to send mail via any of my gmail accounts since this morning. Worked yesterday afternoon. No system Changes since then. Non-gmail accounts work fine. I found a note about the GlobalSign cert and updated that, but the current cert for GeoTrust looks like it shouldn't have expired. Any ideas on whether it's a Bat issue or a cert or gmail issue? I can send from the Gmail UI just fine.

Ditto here. After hours of work, finally got TheBat! installed and configured so it was receiving and sending emails about 3am this morning. Now, this afternoon, it stopped sending for Gmail accts. Like yours, log shows that the Gmail certificate has not expired.

Same certificate w/ 12/31/2015 expiration "worked" ~12 hrs earlier.

It's working for me now. Must have been a glitch on Google's side.

Now working here also.

It was google's certificate that expired, but The Bat! didn't show this properly in the log.

You need to install The Bat! 6.8.0.2 (BETA) to solve completely this issue:
