messages gone, all messages gone after name change

After a reboot all messages are gone. ctrl,alt, shift l only gave back 2 folders. My last backup is one month old........ version 4.2 Edited: lin pool - 03 July 2015 22:22:32

Thanks for your help though. And to the developers : not responding at all in your own support forum to a serious fault in your software ; this is why people get pirated programs , you pay for the software and then get no support.

I'm a new user, and I've been getting good responses. This is a user-to-user forum, not a support forum. And start doing backups. Automated backups. Daily. Backup is boring; if it's not automated, it won't happen. Stuff happens. Edward
