That's because you let the mouse button go while your cursor still is above the TB window. Dropping a file above a TB window will create a message with that file file as attachment, can't be turned off.
Only remedy is to keep your left mouse button pressed.

Hello

For loong time one TheBat feature is driving me nuts.

When someone sends me mail with attachment, almost every time when I mouse select those files in order to drag them in windows folder,
TheBat interrupts my dragging process and creates new mail message with those files attached.

Is there option to turn off that feature?
