i had the same exact problem! delete the events.cfg file from the "the bat! directory, and restart the bat. you can find it in
c>users>youruseraccount>appdata>roaming>thebat if your on windows 7.

Hello

I tried several versions of the Bat: fron 4.0.22 to last 5.0.18. And in each version there is always a problem : automatic responses not send, address books erased, restore function not working or partially, etc, etc...
Then, I updated recently to the last version which was working fine, no problem until I close the Bat!
And now, impossible to start the soft, it stays freezed on the first page and that page stays on the screen. Task gestionnary says: no response.
So what?
