			First thing I'd try would be to uninstall all plug-ins you're using.<br />If that doesn't help, you could try to see whether there's something usefull in the thebat_exceptions.log &nbsp;that you can find in the mail directory. <br />

			I updated TB pro 5.0.20.1 with the new Antispam sniper plugin 3.3.0.1 today and now TB won't start. Coincidence? I get the open splash box, then the app closes. Went back with a System Restore point, scanned for nasties with Avast and MalwareBytes. Any suggestions on how I can get TB to start? TIA Doug <br />
