I guess no one else has your problem else there would be posts all over the forum.  It might help if you could give a few more details such as -

1.  Version of TB
2.  Version of Windows (details)
3.  How did you upgrade Windows and from what previous version?
4.  Did you re-install TB?  If not have you tried doing that?
5.  Do you receive mail?  Can you send new emails OK?
6.  Do you get any error messages?

etc etc

Then perhaps someone can point you in the direction of a potential solution.

After update latester windows 7, i couldn't reply letter, click reply, it delay long time; And i also couldn't paste test in my letter. No one meet the same problem?

I'm running Windows7, when i repl mail, it delay long time; I couldn't paste test in my mail either.
