Try to export to Unix mailbox, that should do it.

I would like to transfer all my emails from my emailboxes in The Bat! ver.3.0.1.33 to gmail email account.

Is that possible for TheBat to convert the emails to format which is recognizeable for Gmail?

I tried to do it with GoogleMailLoader:
