Presuming you accepted the default locations, use The Bat Encryption, use Windows 7 then %APPDATA%\The Bat! Pwd\
- from Start Run you can input %APPDATA%\The Bat! Pwd\ and it will open the correct location..

So c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\the bat! pwd\

Do you have a The Bat! backup file created using Tools Backup in The Bat! ?
If so simply reinstall the latest TB and when asked point to the backup file created above.

What file do I need to pull off of Carbonite that contains all my emails? What folder is it in? Where does it go on the new laptop? I want to retrieve not just emails and attachments, but also the folders in which I'd been storing emails from different clients, projects, etc.
