so i do alot of ewhoring and guys send me pics of their face and penis which takes up alot of space.

How do i erase all these pics fr om the bat folder are wh ere are they stored on the computer.

I try to delete all the msgs in inbox but there is 40,000 and it takes a while and crashes my vmware.
