I know, but that feature is not working, it can't copies the settings of all columns of a folder to another folder.

Copy Column Setting and Column size

1) I found the "Copy Column Setting to" is not working, I can't copy the setting to any other Column.

2) How do I fix the Column size in place so that it does not move? Please check the picture:
