Please create a ticket in the support section and attach thebat_Exceptions.log file from the root of the mail-folder, which you can quickly access via "Start -> Run -> %email% -> OK". The developers will examine it.

I get the above error when trying to get mail on ver 5.0.24 have tried restarting and reinstalling.
Just looking for ideas on how to correct this problem.
