View -> Global Viewmode -> Manage viewmodes -> Generic Viewmode (or a viewmode you prefer to use) -> Edit -> Group by date.

One of my inbox is sorted by today, yesterday, earlier this week, last week etc etc but I do not how I did it. it is very useful and i would like to apply to my othher accounts but I do not know how it was changed.
