Use the memo function.
You can aacess the memo via the menu:
View -> Memo Auto-view
or by pressing Ctrl-Shift-I

In order to have a clear view of the messages you put a memo to and to which not, you can add the memo column to the message list.

Hi,

I have too many emails and I need to add some notes to
some of my emails without affecting the timestamp, to
help management.

I tried to edit the email via moving it to outbox
folder but it changed the original date-time. Now there
is no way I can find it out.

Is it possible to stick some internal/extarnal notes to emails?
Is it possible to edit the email contents without
affecting the date-time?
