Options -> Preferences -> Viewer/Editor -> Message headers ->Select the 'To:' header -> Edit -> Editing

I want to resend an email to info@someorganisation which I'm doing by editing an exiting message to Name@someorganisation. But as soon as I type in the "info" it gives me a list from the address history, fills in the first item and I've lost the organisation name. Can you please, URGENTLY, correct this design bug?
