			The clear cache action is only visible &nbsp;after selecting imap specific and that's only available for the remote folders in your imap accounts.<br />Clearing the imap cache for all of your imap folders should also cure your other problem.<br /><br />If you've got lots of imap folders this propcedure might be faster for clearing your imap cache:<br /><br />This is how you clear the cache.<br /><br />Close TB<br /><br />Start windows explorer<br /><br />Go to your mail directory<br /><br />In your mail directory there is a directory for every account.<br /><br />The imap accopunts have a subdirectory called IMAP<br /><br />In that subdirectory you'll see a couple of file pairs with the extensions .TBB and .TBN, delete those<br /><br />Start TB and everything should be ok afterwards.<br /><br /><br /><br />If you don't know where your mail directory is located, check it in TB's se ttings:<br /><br /><br />Options -&gt; Preferences -&gt; System -&gt; Mail Directory <br />

			Problem 1: Often when I highlight the mail and press delete, nothing happens. the message doesn't delete.<br /><br />Problem 2: Often message gets stuck in unread state. no clicking, highlighting for any amount of time changes its state unless I restart the mail program.<br /><br />Any help appreciated.<br /><br />I have setup five gmail and google apps IMAP accounts. one pop3 with outlook.. <br />
