OK, that does what I want. I was trying to create a custom toolbar and the available options are not in any order I can figure out so I never saw it. Can they be ordered in a reasonable fashion?  Same with the icons, it took me multiple passes to find the reply button because the order seems random.

I'm used to being able to highlight one sentence of an email and then reply uses only the selected text in the reply. Is there a way to do this?
