As long as you haven't compressed the folder from where you deleted the message, you can enable 'browse deleted messages' from the menu. You sel ect that fr om:
Folder -> Browse deleted messages
This will show you all deleted messages with a line through them (to show what messages are deleted and what messages not), you can undelete deleted messages by selecting them and press <Delete>
Other mail clients (and that includes Outlook) have the same restriction, you cvan only undelete messages as lang as their location hasn't been compressed. (Though the name they use for this process may slighjtly vary.)

If I delete a message and want it back, is there an undelete? In outlook and my previous client, I could press Ctrl-Z and the last deleted message would return to the Inbox. Thanks.
