What's happened to Ritlabs support?

What's happened to Ritlabs support? in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
I was able to restore it from my disk backup of the database (as opposed to the TB! backup) after saving messages sent or received since the crash. Took a bit of time, but I think I'm OK now. Thanks for the offer of help.
They are still around but have been quiet lately. What exactly happened to your data and do you have a backup of it somewhere.
Not a user problem, but there's no other forum to ask.

Recently I've posted two tickets on the forum and have had absuloutely zero feedback from Ritlabs.

Anyone here got any idea what's going on? One of these tickets is about the loss of large amounts of my database, and (for me if not Ritlabs) is extremely urgent.

[Later] Well, within a few minutes of my posting this, I got an answer from Alexander Petrari to one of my bug reports. Coincidence? I hope so.
