"I have the same problem. The ticker appears on top sometimes, but normally it stays behinfd the "The Bat" windows". I am not sure, when this occurs.

I've been a loyal user of The Bat! since v4. It's a great program.

In the latest version, my MailTicker no longer shows for new messages. I can make it appear if I select "view" to "Always" and not "automatically", but the latter setting means nothing ever appears. I tested with the activation email for this forum. It's severely cutting into my productivity because now I only notice new messages when the flying bat catches my eye.

If you need diagnostic information let me know what to provide and I'll deliver it.
