Temporarily installed Pocomail (PM), to look into it.
TB can't read PM's message base, but PM can export to *.eml and TB import those.
Saving to *.eml can be done in PM:
Select all messages you want to export -> messages -> Save as -> choose .eml (was the default over here) and pick a directory
Hint: In order to be able to import them into TB selected in the same groups, you'd better save each of PM's folders in into a separate directory.

To import those .eml files into TB:
Select the folder you want the message to arrive
Tools -> Import messages -> browse to the directory with you messages -> |Select them all -> Open

You'll have to repeat this for all folders you've got in PM.
Thanks. This was a great help. I just wanted to ask one more thing. I am using Pocomail and want to migrate my mails to TheBat. I have around 2GB of mails. I have successfully imported the address book through LDIF file. Kindly help me to import my mails also.
You can't get a pop-up, but with Ctrl+ or Ctrl- you can cycle through the entries that match what you've typed.

list of matching addresses in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
I have several addresses in my address book by one name. I have turned on the auto complete but it does not show the list of all the matching address in the address book so that I can choose the one whom I want to send the mail. e.g. I have several names starting with 'Amit'. Now when I type 'Amit' in To field it just completes the address with the very first address that matches the name. Instead is there a way to list all the addresses in a pop up and so that I can select the one required?
