Yes, it's quite impressive - I have more than 26 GB of data in my single personal Bat! installation consisting of 9 e-mail accounts.

I have only re-located the data folder from the default C:\ partition to the D:\ partition.

We are using TheBat4 (and before that TheBat3) for many years.

Aprox. 15 users are sharing TBB files over network, there is common network storage for TheBat data files, each user can see and work with every other account, that is company policy.

Surprisingly, TheBat handle that almost without problem. There is aprox. 100.000 mails and 35GB of data (divided in many subfolders...etc.). I know that initially this email client wasn't designed for such kind of usage, so that makes it more impressive piece of software.

But I suppose that we reached some limit because lately everything become pretty slow, I regulary deletes cashe and removes mails from inboxes to subfolders, but there is no help.

As we like TheBat and have a large amount of mails in TBB format, my question is what else can we do? Upgrade to newer version? I know that you have new database format, is it going to help? Is it problem to convert old database files to new one?

Also, I saw that you have some kind of email server, is that better solution for small company, what is relation between that server and TheBat client (description is only in russion language)?
