			You want to go to ACCOUNT / Sorting office on the menu. Enter the criteria for the email that you want to forward or copy, then on the bottom pane pick what you want to happen. I think you will want the "redirect" command before you copy or move it to another folder (you can drag them around in the bottom pane<br /><br />Post back if you have any questions <br />

			Does anyone know if and how I can get The Bat! to automatically redirect incoming email to a secondary address, whilst also keeping the original message?<br /><br />I saw a link on the support page that sounded like it could give the answer, but when I clicked on it the link was dead.<br /><br />Mike. <br />
