You want to go to ACCOUNT / Sorting office on the menu. Enter the criteria for the email that you want to forward or copy, then on the bottom pane pick what you want to happen. I think you will want the "redirect" command before you copy or move it to another folder (you can drag them around in the bottom pane

Does anyone know if and how I can get The Bat! to automatically redirect incoming email to a secondary address, whilst also keeping the original message?

I saw a link on the support page that sounded like it could give the answer, but when I clicked on it the link was dead.
