Syncing 2 distant computers

Syncing 2 distant computers don't understand Help file in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
Actually you pretty much described what TB does when syncing. You create an archive on system A, read that on system B and system B will create an archive for system A, after reading that in system A you're done.

Note that TB will recreate messages from system A on system B when you've deleted them from system B. TB won't think that you've deleted them on purpose and delete them from system A too. So it's no real synchronizing, but it's more like taking care that al messages are on both systems.
Sorry i might be a bit thick, but i find the Bat's help file on Syncing a bit ... thin.

could someone actually translate this for me in basic steps ? i have two computers (home and office) and i need to sync all folders and address books very often.

a list that would go along the lines...

- on machine A create X file
- save X and Y files on a portable HD
- bring them to your second computer
- load THIS file
- choose direction...
- click yes / no

Anyone ?

thanks for your help

by the way, lovin The Bat!... for years now !
