Uninstalling TB doesn't remove the entries in the registry.
Start RegEdit
Find the registry tree at: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT
and delete it
Close RegEdit
Now you can start TB and it won't know the location of its previous setup.
Removing this registry tree would have been sufficient to config TB fresh. Uninstalling wouldn't have been necessary.

I have too many problems and want to do a fresh re-install. I made a full backup of accounts, Then uninstalled by Windows installer.
Then reinstalled.
TheBat automatically loads the old config files and accounts, that I do NOT want. If I delete (rename) the data folder, thebat does not load and says it cannot find file.
I use thebat pro 5.8.8.

where is the config file that is NOT in thebat folder, that is loaded at the very beginning? So I can delete it.
