The first suggestion didn't seem to work, although I suspect that was got me into trouble in the first place.

The second suggestion worked superbly. You just saved me the trouble of buying another pair of glasses.

If you hold control and spin the mouse wheel over the folder list it will get bigger / smaller
Go to OPTIONS / PREFERENCES / SYSTEM and at the bottom set it to Segoe UI 9 point is the default I believe

All of a sudden the font size in the left pane (tree view) was reduced to a tiny size. Probably due to a key stroke error on my part.

How do I increase the font size back to its normal size.
