Thank you very much for that, you solved my problem.

I did find that TB! baulked a bit if I tried to make too many changes in one hit, the shortcuts didn't want to move up or down or stay where I put them, but doing them one at a time and then saving the changes helped even if it was still a bit stubborn at times.
Never the less, it all turned out ok in the end.

Once again cheers
You can add the function to the pop-up menu by customising it.

Workspace -> Toolbars -> Customise -> Menu & Toolbars
In containers select: Message list pop-up menu
In actions select: Message -> Mark as unread
Press the arrow to move the action to the right pane (that's a visualisation of the contents of the container selected at the left pane) and afterwards move it to the position you prefer.

Same with mark as read.

Return to the main menu by pressing OK two or three times, (it's been a while since I customised something)
In the same way you can add shortcuts to functions
Hello,

I have just upgrade from v6.? to v6.6 last night and now part of the menu system when looking at messages in the message pane (?) has changed.

I used to be able to look at a received message, then right click on it and a drop down box would show. Within this box I could just go straight down and select 'mark as read' or 'mark as unread', this was very handy and I used it a lot.

Now when I right click and the box appears I have to hover over 'message' and then move across to a new box that shows up on the right and then move down to select 'mark as read'.
Admittedly, it's not an earth shattering issue and I know I can use keyboard shortcuts, but for one reason and another a mouse needs to be used and it was, for me anyway, very handy.

Does anyone know of a way that I can get this function back?

Thanks for reading
