That's easy, it ends with 'Account not enabled for POP'
I suppose that should end with 'POP3 collection' and I've heard from others that that's a specific setting at a gmail account, so you've got to look for it at gmail and not in TB.

I also believe that in order to send mail you've got to use STARTTLS at port 587, see: http://www.ritlabs.com/en/forum/read.php?FID=4&TID=1169&MID=5003
