Forwarding messages generates duplicate attachment in attachment folder

Unfortunately this can not be avoided, as the option is set up to save the attachments for all the folders of the account including "Sent".

However, there is a work around it. Go to ACCOUNT > PROPERTIES > FILES AND DIRECTORIES and switch back to "keep attached files in the message bodies". Then, create a filter that would save attachments of incoming messages to a separate folder. The only thing here is that the actual attachment will be saved in the message of the body as well.

Hope this helps.
I m using TB since the first version, at the moment have ver. 6.6 (home) runninhg on WIndows 7-64 bit. I have set up all accounts to save attachments in separate folder. This is for me one of the great things TB can do. Since the version 4 (I am not sure) TB duplicates all attachments either I am forwarding messages or sending new messages with the attachments (this atttachments are ussually in other folders). The only diference is the file name, where a sequential number is added to the end by TheBat. The file content is exactly the same in all of them.
Is it the way it should be or this duplication of attachments could be avoided.
I would appreciate any information.
