Create a filter with the condition 'any message' that clears your inbox.
Place it at the bottom of your sorting office and it will be triggered by every message that's ignored by the other filters.

After I have created filters that move good messages to their respective folders, I am left with messages that are junk. So I would like to create a filter that says something like "if this message does not match any other filters, delete it (or move it to a junk folder that I created)".  Is there a way to do this?
