Have you tried renaming back the 32b version?
hi kids.. hope someone's got a clue.

i moved to a new real estate company who uses exchange and i have been trying unsuccessfully to get it working..

one of the techies said try the 64b version, so i installed it (renamed the 32b, so i still had it) and now all my settings are gone.. repair did nothing..

my dictionaries now tell me every word is mis-spelled, anti-virus seems to be messed up and all my custom menu changes are gone.

can't do a restore because the folder is empty, even though my system makes a back up every morning..

lots to do to get back to normal.. help!!

btw.. tried em client because it has native exchange, and it's not bad, but not as great as the reviews. but it has no option for anti-spam and that just made it intolerable.. every time i opened it i had 30 new spam emails.

got anti-spam back up but the settings i used to get to the menu are gone completely..

sure wish i'd never tried this change, but i figured if a RIT tech suggested it, i'd be ok.. nope.. really not.

help?!

thanks
marty
