You CAN go to mail management under each accounts propeties and leave the mail on the server for x amount of days. That way it is downloaded and you can read it from another device

Why don't you use POP3 instead of IMAP?

The only downside is you'd have to go to Gmail web to Archive. Deleting can be done within TB.

I solved myself!

I used for smt TLS port!
This was the error!

I have to use SSL port!  Now It works!!!


But how can auto download & save email on my local HD (like pop3) usigng IMAP?
When I open the bat, I need that the emails are saved on my HD drive, also if I do not click on it; Is it possible?

I try to open a new gmail account. And I choose to use IMAP.

I receive the messages correct, but when I try to send one this is the error:
