			Next time you run it, do it just before you go to lunch. If it is still not finished when you get back, then try the following ...<br />Make sure you have no saved drafts or parked messages in the Imap inbox(s) then close the bat, navigate to the folders in WIndows explorer and find the IMAP folder under the account and delete all the files in there (or save them somewhere just in case.)<br />Open the bat and run maintenance center again and see if it runs quicker <br />

			This actually takes a very long time, so just let it run for a while, mine takes at least 5 mins to finish, as have a lot of imap mails and it seems to the only way to 'clean' boxes correctly <br />

			Hi everyone!<br /><br />Whenever I exit The Bat! it's stuck on maintenance process with &quot;Purging the folder...&quot; or &quot;2 IMAP folders in the queue&quot;. Only button &quot;Cancel&quot; helps <img src="http://www.ritlabs.com/bitrix/images/main/smiles/5/icon_sad.gif" border="0" data-code=":-(" data-definition="SD" alt=":-(" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title="" class="bx-smile" /><br /><br />I have several IMAP accounts with set removing old messages after xxx days. Folder name in &quot;Purging the folder&quot; is often various.
