Go to Options > Preferences > Viewer/Editor and set the "Default editor for text" to be HTML only

Hello All,

I know that this must be simple but with so many options I cannot seem to find it...

I moved TB to a new system and restored the database fr om the previous install.

The "problem" that I have is that I've lost the message formatting toolbar when creating a message.  All I have is the Smileys icon.  Would someone more astute than myself show me wh ere the option is to re-instate the complete message format editing toolbar.
