You dont need AV plugin in such case:
- pop3
- imap4

AV systems can scan thru these protocols unless they are secured (ssl)

Kaspersky-Labs tells me they no longer support TB! Anti-virus, anti-spam, kaspersky in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
So, Is there a bayesian-like Anti-Spam plugin for TB! ?
Is there a really-good AV plugin ?

While I read that Kaspersky supposidly reads the incoming email, I find that somewhat erroneous. Last week I got a warning from kaspersky about Virus in attachments of three emails, a day or two after the messages were downloaded ... certainly not near-real-time now is it?
