Folders do not match Gmail label structure After getting the messages from my Gmail account, there are many folders and messages missing in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
Try the following:

Go to Account > Account Properties > Mail Management > check mark the Sent and Trash boxes and select the option from the drop down menu.

Go to Account > IMAP commands > Manage IMAP folders > check mark the necessary folders.

Let us know if that helps.

Folders do not match Gmail label structure After getting the messages from my Gmail account, there are many folders and messages missing in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
After I configured TheBat to access my Gmail IMAP server, it only loaded the messages in my inbox. The rest of my messages and folders are missing. I can't find anything in the help pages or this forum to explain this. Thunderbird had no problem replicating the folder (label) structure of my Gmail account. Even Opera Mail can do this. Am I expecting too much from this product?
