How to delete messages in Google's "All Mail" folder?

Repro Steps:

1. Delete messages in  "All Mail"
2. Close The Bat!
3. Open The Bat!
4. Click on "All Mail" folder

or

1. Delete messages in  "All Mail"
2. Right clcik on "All Mail" folder
3. Click on Compact.

The deleted messages are displayed again.
