I agree. I found the old help file very dated and the images appeared to be Windows XP style.  At least the online are more current. Still, the help is not all that all detailed.

I know the online help pages have a lot more detail than the embedded help, but there is still a lot of stuff that's not explained.

I think it means it's high priority status.  If you double click on the envelope a menu pops up and at the bottom are a few options for the message.

In my message list, the left column with the envelope icon to show "unread", "read", "replied", etc, etc, almost all of the envelope icons are blue. There are a few that are orange color, and I cannot find any info about this in the Help, nor in searching the forums.

What does the orange color signify?
