			PS: also just noticed that there is a very nice export facility in Gmail that allows you to export all of your filters into an XML file: <B>mailFilters.xml<br /></B><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;entry&gt;</span></span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;category term='filter'&gt;&lt;/category&gt;</span></span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;title&gt;Mail Filter&lt;/title&gt;</span></span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;id&gt;tag:mail.google.com,2008:filter:1430838267052&lt;/id&gt;</span></span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;updated&gt;2015-07-18T13:44:46Z&lt;/updated&gt;</span></span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;content&gt;&lt;/content&gt;</span></span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;apps:property name='<B>hasTheWord</B>' value='list:(&lt;<B>cafetranslators.googlegroups.com</B>&gt;;)'/&gt;</span></span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;apps:property name='<B>label</B>' value='<B>CafeTranslators</B>'/&gt;</span></span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;apps:property name='sizeOperator' value='s_sl'/&gt;</span></span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;apps:property name='sizeUnit' value='s_smb'/&gt;</span></span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New"><span class="bx-font" style="font-size:8pt; line-height: normal;">&lt;/entry&gt;</span></span></span> <br />

OK, so I’m wondering if there is a way to get all my Gmail labels to automatically display in The Bat! <br /><br />I noticed that The Bat! has <B>tags</B>. Is there a way to automatically convert all my Gmail labels to Bat tags?<br /><br />I just selected all my labels in the Gmail web interface, copied them, and pasted them into a text editor. Apparently, I have 629 Gmail labels.<br /><br />Most of these Gmail labels are set to be applied to incoming emails via the Filters, such as these two:<br /><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New">Matches: list:(&lt;cafetranslators.googlegroups.com&gt;;)</span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New">Do this: Apply label &quot;CafeTranslators&quot;</span></span><br /><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New">Matches: fromthe:(</span></span><noindex><a href="mailto:customerservice@x1.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New">customerservice@x1.com</span></span></a></noindex><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New">)</span></span><br /><span class="bx-font" style="color:#0000ff"><span class="bx-font" style="font-family:Courier New">Do this: Apply label &quot;X1 Search&quot;</span></span><br /><br />Note that all this Filter data can also be copied out of the Gmail web interface.<br /><br />Anyway, before I go hacking, I thought I would ask here if there is already a way to convert or use Gmail labels in the bat.<br /><br />Michael <br />
