It's not so much a stuck message. Every time TheBat! tries to check my Gmail for Work account it (even when there
is no new message) just gets stuck and if it got stuck then none of the other accounts configured in the program are working.

Regarding your suggestion, sorry no such action in my account menu.
This are all the actions i have in the Account menu.

here a screenshot of my account menu. <noindex>http://imgur.com/LA8Kc1d</noindex>
> Seems like when this happens the bat is just stuck on trying to download that one Gmail for Work email and won't try to its work for the other emails.

Have you tried the Account | Dispatch Mail on Server (Ctrl-F2) command? (I'm using an older version of TheBat, but I would hope that command is still available). It lets you retrieve and delete individual messages on the host server. Maybe you can delete the 'stuck' message that way.
Same problem here. Using 64Bit TheBat with an Gmail for Work account and i also encounter the problems
Michael Beijer mentioned. When this happens it is also preventing my other IMAP accounts from downloading
any new emails. Seems like when this happens the bat is just stuck on trying to download that one
Gmail for Work email and won't try to its work for the other emails.

The only "solution" i found is to close the client and then start it again. But this only works so long as i don't
access any not yet downloaded emails in my Gmail for Work account.
Still testing The Bat! here (in day 5 of my trial)), and I am getting a lot of "No message loaded" messages, and am left staring at a blank message, waiting for it to load. I am using a Gmail for Work email address, via IMAP. My Gmail inbox is currently 15.12 GB. I am also not on the world's greatest internet connection at the moment as I am away from home.

I also don't know if this would help, but I have tried to set up The Bat! to download all the contents for a few specific Gmail labels (IMAP folders), to test whether this would make displaying them in The Bat! any faster.

I did this via:

Account > IMAP Commands > Manage IMAP folders (Alt+F7):
And clicking on a Label (IMAP folder) and selecting "Download", and setting both Unread and Read messages to: "Entire messages" (assuming this would mean that The Bat! will download all of the content of the emails in this IMAP folder to my computer).

Michael
