Hi,

I am considering upgrading to version 7. I use Office 365 (as of now, IMAP/SMTP). What would the advantage be of using EWS? I understand that I would be able to view calendar items offline, but probably not modify them or create new appointments. What are the real advantages of EWS over IMAP/SMTP? Would I e.g. be able to synchronize contacts from Office 365 with the address book in The Bat?
