My Quick Search box has suddenly moved to a fixed position overlapping the message headers and the list of folders. Is there a way to hide it or move it.Version 7.0.0.56 (32-bit). I tried a repair but it didn't change anything.

As far as I can tell, the Quick Search box on the message is not movable.  It's part of the heading of the email where the "to", "cc" "subject" lines are.

Can you not drag the search box to where you want it even docking it on the menu bar(s? Try right clicking to the right of the menu. If search is selected, unselect it and see if it fixes the issue. Let me know if I am not understanding you correctly

I am using version 6.8.8 and the quick search box on the header of the messages hides a long subject line and also the names of people copied.  I have never been able to find a solution. Does version 7 correct this?
