Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.

It is possible you do not have access rights to do that or some software prevents you from that. it was not possible to associate with:

System Default mail Client
.EML
.MSG
.VCF
MAILTO
