There are no filters set to delete messages and none set that would catch Mom's mails. All filters in the sorting office are to move mails to other folders (for Dad this is just one mailing list folder and there is nothing about her mail that would catch it to move it to that folder).
Have you checked the Sorting Office for that account? Right-click on the account name, pick Sorting Office and see if any filters are active that may be deleting incoming messages.
One more thing I noticed last night was that when I replied to a mail, it for some odd reason got deleted and I had to undelete it. That was the first time I've ever noticed losing a mail upon replying.
I just noticed in mine that mails moved to another folder are showing up in the inbox as deleted while shown normal in the other folder but Dad doesn't have another folder that these deleted mails from Mom were sent to. They're just deleted and we don't know why.
Mom has a gmail account and Dad pointed out to me that mails she sends him (received in TheBat!) get marked as "deleted" (have to use Folder/Browse Deleted Messages to see them). I tried finding any setting in TheBat! to stop this action but can't find anything relevant to fix this. What is happening? Where do we fix this?

TheBat! v5
