OPTIONS / PREFERENCES / VIEWER EDITOR and set it the way you wish. If you are using any templates %SETEDITOR=3 will force what you want. Check the help files under MACROS to see all the possibilities for setting the editor with macros
Please post back as to whether that worked or not ... for the next user

Cannot find option to change order of tabs in message preview window pane. Currently message comes up in text mode, then I have to select bottom HTML tab to read message.

I have searched and searched, but cannot find solution.
