Thank you.  I FINALLY found something called "Address Picker" and that will do. But, it certainly was not easy to find.

Open a new message
Right click on the toolbar area and chose "customize"
You can use an existing toolbar or create a new one.
The contents will be listed on the far right and you can chose what you want on there from the center column
The center column is NOT self explanatory nor easy to use but you WILL find the address book

How can I add the address book to the toolbar in a new message screen?  It's there on the reply screen but not on a new message.  Thank you.  I am using version 7.1.18 on Windows 7.
