			Thanks Rick but it is checked. At least I think it is.<br /><br />I have all options that say &quot;wrap&quot; checked. IE, Smart wrapping of quoted text (20 characters), On Micro Ed - auto-wrap. Bottom right Wrap text in &quot;plain text&quot; (Windows) editor.<br /><br />Have you been able to get it to work? I can't even changing the a Reply to the various formats at the bottom of the Reply editor screen. <br />

			I have a template that replies in text (Windows) format and when the original sender's email, which usually goes across the screen in Full-height Account Tree, the text is wrapped at my setting of 70 characters and is the way I want it.<br /><br />I wanted to try using a template to do the same thing only using the Rich text (Micro Ed) but the text dos not wrap. I've tried some macros but have been unsuccessful. &nbsp;Anyone know of a way to accomplish wrapping Rich text in a reply? <br />
