			You could mark &quot;Trial version&quot; just below the box where it asks for the serial number.<br /><br />If you have activated the program, you can find your serial number in Help | About (it's also in the message from Ritlabs with the key block that activates the program -- I assume that's what they mean by 'registration email'). <br />

			Hi,<br /><br />I was creating a support ticket and it asked Serial which I got in the registration email.<br /><br />where is it? I tried all three<br /><br />1. cleverbridge reference number: XXXX<br />2. Product Key<br />3. Invoice No.<br /><br />No one is working and no serial number/detail in purchase email.<br /><br />then how to create a support ticket? <br />
