I think we got it figured out, at least for today.  My husband had three filters set up on Gmail on the web mail interface. I deleted those and now some of the messages are coming through. We will see if all the messages come through tomorrow.

I am trying to get my husband's PC set up with The Bat.  He has three email accounts. Two of the accounts work perfectly, but he can send but not receive any messages from his Gmail account.  We have checked the settings on his account and they are exactly the same as mine and I can get all my Gmail messages.  

Any suggestions as to what we can try?  I really want him to switch from Outlook to The Bat.
